Clauzes de Jo Rosé

A gastronomic style rosé with a beautiful bright colour. Intense nose with fruity and lightly toasted notes. Well-balanced with good freshness. Serving temperature from 14 to 15° C. Will accompany paella, plancha cuisine, chicken, and pork.

Caractéristiques

  • Cépages: Syrah (50%) Mourvèdre (50%)
  • Récolte: Sourced from 15 year old vines, the grapes are harvested early in the morning at full maturity, then transported rapidly to the winery.
  • Yields: 40 hl/ha
  • Vinification: The Syrah and the Mourvèdre are vinified separately. After a 5 hour skin maceration to obtain the desired colour, we bleed off 20% of the juice from the tanks. The juice is cooled for 24 hours to clarify, then transfered to oak barrels for fermentation.
  • Elevage: The wine is aged on its’ fine lees in old barrels for 7 months
  • Analyse: Alcohol: 14 % Total acidity 3.5 g/l
  • Dégustation: A gastronomic style rosé with a beautiful bright colour. Intense nose with fruity and lightly toasted notes. Well-balanced with good freshness. Serving temperature from 14 to 15° C. Will accompany paella, plancha cuisine, chicken, and pork.
  • Conditionnement: Boxes of 6 frosted Bordeaux bottle. 75 cl
  • Production: 2500 bottles.
