Attractive bright robe, intense nose with honeyed fruity notes mixed with mineral, toasty, brioche aromas. Well-balanced fat mouth. Serving temperature from 14 to 15° C. Will accompany fish in a sauce or shellfish.

Caractéristiques

  • Cépages: Roussane (60%) Viognier (20%) Grenache (20%)
  • Récolte: Sourced from 10 year old vines all ploughed, the grapes are harvested at full maturity, early in the morning, put into 30-40 kilo boxes then quickly carried to the winery to keep their freshness and avoid must oxidation.
  • Yields: 35 hl/ha
  • Vinification: After pressing, the must is cold settled for 24 hours then put into barrels where it is left to ferment.
  • Elevage: The wine is aged in barrels from 12 months. The lees are mixed up by regular stirring, at the beginning, then less frequently after 3 months ageing
  • Analyse: Average degree: 14 % Total Acidity: 3.5 g/l
  • Dégustation: Attractive bright robe, intense nose with honeyed fruity notes mixed with mineral, toasty, brioche aromas. Well-balanced fat mouth. Serving temperature from 14 to 15° C. Will accompany fish in a sauce or shellfish.
  • Conditionnement: Boxes of 6 Burgundy bottles, 75 cl
